Rules and Conditions

These Terms of Use are an integral part of the distance contract concluded by the parties based on the customer's order on our online trading site picadiana.lv. The obligations contained in the Terms of Use are mandatory. Violation of these Terms of Use may constitute grounds for termination of the distance contract. The contract is valid for an unlimited period of time.

1. Price and payments

Product prices on picadiana.lv are indicated in EUR currency. All prices are quoted inclusive of any value added or other tax. Products are sold at the prices in effect at the time the order is created. Total Shipping price may include taxes.

Products can be packaged in light plastic bags.

Light plastic bags required for packaging prepackaged / non-prepackaged food are subject to a charge (except for very light plastic bags with a thickness of not more than 15 microns, which are required for hygienic purposes for primary packaging of food. They are free).


If the delivery method Deliver to the address is selected, then the orders can be paid at the time of receipt by card, as well as payment can be made in advance by choosing the payment method Pay by card:

  • Payment by bank card
    When making a prepayment, you can use debit and credit cards if you have activated the option for safe purchases on the Internet. It is possible to activate it in your internet bank.
    Once the cardholder information, card number, expiration date and CVV have been filled in, the order amount will be deducted from your card account. 
  • Payment by bank
    Make a direct bank payment from your bank account. Choose the bank whose customer you are and you will be redirected to the home page of this bank. Enter your internet bank user data and an automatically prepared order payment document will open. Confirm it and make payment for your order.


If the Customer chooses the delivery method I will pick up at the pizzeria, then the payment will be made in the pizzeria with a payment card or in cash.

2. Quality guarantee and liability

picadiana.lv will always try to choose the freshest and highest quality products for order fulfillment. However, opinions on satisfactory quality may differ subjectively and picadiana.lv does not assume any responsibility or give any guarantee that the product will meet the Customer's wishes in all cases.

The products displayed on picadiana.lv may not correspond to the products received in terms of size, shape and color, due to the nature of the technical means used to fulfill the Customer's order or due to other reasonably expected discrepancies.

The characteristics and composition of all products offered by picadiana.lv are generally indicated in the description of each product.

4. Final Terms and Dispute Resolution

Discounts are not cumulative and do not apply to special offers.

Products may differ from images.

Products may be purchased while supplies last.

If picadiana.lv violates these Terms of Use, picadiana.lv will only be responsible for the losses that the Customer has suffered as a direct result of the violation, to the extent that these losses are reasonably foreseeable to both parties.

picadiana.lv can unilaterally make changes to these Terms of Use by posting information about the changes on the picadiana.lv website.

These Terms of Use have been prepared in accordance with and are governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia and all disputes are subject to the courts of the Republic of Latvia.

If any of the conditions contained in the Terms of Use are considered inconsistent with the law, incorrect or inapplicable at the discretion of a court or other competent authority, this does not affect the validity of the rest of the Terms of Use, which are valid and applicable in full accordance with regulatory enactments.

If the Customer believes that picadiana.lv has violated these Terms of Use or other applicable laws and regulations and this has affected the Customer's ability to exercise his rights and it is not possible to resolve such a situation through mutual negotiations, the Customer may apply to the national consumer rights protection institution - Consumer Rights Protection in the center.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Right to Opt Out

The customer has the right to unilaterally exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the order, immediately informing DIĀNA-BISTRO SIA about its use. The right of refusal may be used as stipulated in the regulatory acts, these Terms of Use and other applicable conditions issued by DIĀNA-BISTRO SIA. The customer is responsible for the costs associated with returning such orders.

If the Customer has changed his mind about perishable products, they can be returned within the expiration date. The customer should note that DIĀNA-BISTRO SIA cannot accept back certain products for health or hygiene reasons (for example, disposable tableware or products with a short expiration date, etc.).

The customer has the right to refuse the ordered product within 14 days by reporting it to DIĀNA-BISTRO SIA Customer Service. The customer can refuse food and non-food products, except for fresh food products with a short shelf life. DIĀNA-BISTRO SIA has the right to demand that the Customer, refusing food and non-food goods, must return these goods to the structural unit of DIĀNA-BISTRO SIA from which the delivery was made or to which the Customer Service indicates. The customer bears all costs associated with returning the goods.

When returning food products to the company's structural unit, they must be in their original packaging, unopened, within the validity period of +1 day. If the customer cannot meet these requirements, DIĀNA-BISTRO SIA reserves the right not to pay the customer money for the returned goods. When returning non-food items to the store, they must be in their original packaging, unopened, within the validity period +1 day. If the customer cannot meet these requirements, DIĀNA-BISTRO SIA reserves the right not to pay the customer money for the returned goods. Non-food products with a warranty period that are of inadequate quality can be returned within the specified warranty period, after consulting with Customer Service.
 
If the Customer has found after receiving the order that the product in the order is damaged and/or of poor quality, the Customer applies to the DIĀNA-BISTRO SIA Customer Service with an application, to which a photo of the damaged product is attached, and the Customer Service will organize the return of the money to the Customer's account from which it was made purchase. DIĀNA-BISTRO SIA reserves the right to ask the Customer to return the entire damaged product to the Customer Service Center or the store from which the delivery or delivery was made.

6.Privacy Policy. User data security

SIA "DIĀNA BISTRO" is the owner of the website picadiana.lv. SIA "DIĀNA BISTRO" has taken all the necessary measures to ensure the security of personal data and to prevent their unauthorized access to third parties. During the visit and use of picadiana.lv, SIA "DIĀNA BISTRO" may receive information containing personal data:

1. obtaining personal data directly (name and surname, phone number);

2. indirectly by obtaining information (for example: using cookies and other technical means to monitor the use of the website.

Buyers' personal data is processed by SIA "DIĀNA BISTRO" in compliance with the requirements of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and other legal acts of the Republic of Latvia, which regulate the processing and protection of personal data. When processing and storing personal data of buyers, SIA "DIĀNA BISTRO" uses organizational and technical means that ensure protection of personal data from accidental or illegal disclosure, change, as well as from any other illegal processing. By placing an order on picadiana.lv, the buyer agrees and allows SIA "DIĀNA BISTRO" to register, enter, store, systematize, use and process his personal data in any other way.

Personal data of the buyer, as well as data that the buyer will provide to the seller in the future, to the extent necessary and for the following purposes:

1. data processing for customer orders, contractual obligations, or data processing is necessary to conclude a relevant contract (transaction);

2. the data is necessary for the identification and accounting of buyers;

3. the data is necessary for sending commercial notifications (email and/or SMS);

4. the data is necessary to ensure the fulfillment of other obligations arising from contractual obligations or from the contracts concluded accordingly (for communication);

5. the data is necessary to consider the buyer's application for the purchase of goods on installments.

SIA "DIĀNA BISTRO" ensures the protection and security of buyers' personal data, their non-distribution to third parties as stipulated by the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Law and other legal acts of the Republic of Latvia, which regulate the processing and protection of personal data, except for the seller's partners who provide picadiana. lv delivery of purchased goods, financing of goods and provision of services, to the extent that personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of contractual obligations.

The buyer has the right to request that his personal data be supplemented or corrected, as well as stop their processing or destroy them, if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, false, or is no longer necessary for the purposes of collection. In this regard, the buyer informs SIA "DIĀNA BISTRO" using the e-mail address: picerija@diana.lv. The buyer, by submitting a justified request in writing, has the right to receive the following information:

1. what information about the buyer has been obtained, the source of data acquisition, when the information included in the data has been changed (if legal acts allow it);

2. for what purpose was the processing of personal data carried out, information about recipients of personal data;

3. information on whether the data was processed automatically.

Buyers' personal data will be stored no longer than the requirements of regulatory acts. The buyer can request the deletion of his data at any time.
