Delivery to the specified adress

Delivery will be made to the adress which was specified at the time of the order. picadiana.lv  will deliver the customers order to the door of the house throughout Ventspils.

As far as possible, orders will be delivered within one hour from the moment the order is placed. If this is not possible, the customer will be informed bu phone

Only persons who are at least 18 years old are eligible to receive alcoholic beverages upon presentation of an identity document (valid ID card or passport).

 

Receiving an order at Pica Diana pizzeria

The customer can pick up the order themselves at the pizzeria, Lielais prospekts 26, Ventspils. At the time of placing the order, you must select Delivery: Pick up at the pizzeria Lielais prospekts 26.
If the Customer does not arrive after the order, picadiana.lv has the right to cancel the order and return the amount to the customer using the previosuly used payment method for the items that were ordered. picadiana.lv reserves the right to withhold payment for the part of the order that cannot be returned for sale, including but not limited to perishable products.

 

Receiving the order at the Centrs cafe

The customer can pick up the order themselves at Kafe Centrs, Poruka iela 16, Ventspils.  At the time of placing the order, you must select Delivery: Pick up at Kafe Centrs. If the Customer does not arrive after the order, picadiana.lv has the right to cancel the order and return the amount to the customer using the previosuly used payment method for the items that were ordered. picadiana.lv reserves the right to withhold payment for the part of the order that cannot be returned for sale, including but not limited to perishable products.

 

Delivery pricing

In addition to the price of food and packaging, the Customer will have to pay a delivery fee of 3 EUR for home delivery services, if the total amount of the order is lower than 12.00 EUR. The delivery is free on all orders over 12 EUR.
